“I ordered a VW t6 gear knob and gator kit but the gear knob cap was missing. Emailed for a replacement and customer support came back almost straight away and a replacement arrived the next day. These things happen but I can’t fault the service. 10 out of 10.”

“I purchased the cross stitch seat covers for my 2015 T5 front captains seats, watched the fitting video, made the fitting easy. Terrific fit, look fantastic, arrived the day after I ordered. “I bought the Heko "Dark" wind deflectors for my T5.1. I placed the order in the afternoon and had them delivered the following day, got them out of the substantial box they came in and fitted them within 5 mins. What can I say their service was faultless and me and the Mrs are well chuffed with the fit and the look of the deflectors. Will definitely buy from these guys again.”

“COMPLAINT! This site is far too easy to use, my technophobe husband finds it so easy to to navigate, find what he “really needs” for his van and orders far too much 😂 seriously though it’s a great site, easy to order and orders are promptly dispatched and delivered. All products we have received have been exactly as described and of excellent quality. We have had no cause to return or complain regarding our purchases so cannot comment on how these issues are dealt with. We will continue to deal with vee dub for all our transporter needs.”
