“I purchased the window wind deflectors for my new T6.1 VW Transporter. Delivery was quick and the after-sales communication was great. The items, fit refectory and are very very easy to fit. “Each product I have bought from this company has been poor, I have it one more chance as I desperately needed a high level brake light for my T5.1, it turned up broken. So that’s it for me, fingers been burnt too many times.”

I have taken a look in our system and I can only see a couple of issues, one being that your Heko Wind Defector was damaged in transit and we issued you a replacement for this item and the issue with the High Level Rear Brake Light to which we are currently investigating. I can see that you have been refunded for this item. Here at Vee Dub Transporters we do everything where possible to help our customers, something we pride ourselves on. “Ordered the pre painted spoiler and splitter set, plus the polished stainless steel side rails, arrived in good time and well packaged. Managed to get them all fitted last week and has improved the look of our van immensely. Very pleased with the service from Vee Dub Transporters. Would recommend!”

“Awaiting response back so cannot fully give review yet. However ordered rear bumper protector for my barn door t5.1, arrived quickly and efficiently. Upon fitting it doesn’t appear to fit very well at all and only sticks to one part of the bumper nearest the door, seems like it’s not designed for my bumper even though it’s stated it does.”

Good morning Sam, We are sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your Bumper Protector. We can confirm that the best way to fit the protector is to warm the tape up on the back of the protector by sitting it on a radiator or by using a hairdryer and then hold the protector down with weights for a while to allow the tape to adhere to the bumper correctly but please be aware that there will be a slight gap as shown in the images. With regards to fitting, it is also recommended that the protector be fitted in warmer weather and this will also give the tape a better chance of better adhesion.
