“Ordered the black gloss lower grill set, first set came with a poor paint finish with run marks and paint peel - costumer services were great sorting a swop out. Second delivered in just as poor state with run marks and paint peel. Customer services wasn’t helpful and still waiting to hear back from them with a resolution. Unfortunately on this occasion I can’t recommend which is a shame as I have always had excellent products from you in the past”

“The website offers a great selection of kit for your van and I have ordered a few things for mine. Unfortunately I was disappointed with a couple of purchases. The first was anti slip dash inserts as they weren't configured to the right size. The second was a new gear stick/gaiter (I didn't like the one fitted) and for some reason after coming out of reverse gear the spring wouldn't release meaning I had to manually do it. Maybe I've been unlucky but I will still shop here as they have some pretty good stuff”

“Returned an item that I bought in error. Completely my fault. They exchanged the item as I wanted something else. Took it back to the depot myself. Charged me the same price even though the new item was £ 7 dearer. Superb service from start to finish”
