“I have had 2 orders, both self adhesive parts, although the parts were good quality and delivered in good time, the first order didn't have the pre clean wipes and because of the order cost I qualified for a free gift, valve caps, I never received them even though I did e mail. The second order came with the pre clean wipes but they were completely dry.”

Hi John, sorry your first package was missing the wipes and gift pack, if you contact us on support@veedubtransporters.co.uk we will ensure your gift pack is posted out to you straight away. As for the second order sorry the wipes were dry, there must've been a hole in the packaging which caused it to dry out. If you still need some wipes let us know and we will post some out with your gift pack!

“Bought a set of seat covers for my T5 which have transformed to look of the front seats. However during installation two seams on the drivers back cover gave way. A quick phone call to Veedub and an email with photo of the problem resulted in a replacement being sent the following day. Very happy with the customer service team for resolving this without any issues.”

“New rear seal turned up on time. Had frustrating small leaks from top of door at corners. Changed top brake light. Seal looked OK but still leaked. New seal was easy to fit. Same cross section as old but old was 35mm new was 40mm. Leak sorted. Black 7 yr old van parked with rear facing sun all day so assume the rubber went soft in the heat. Suppose quick fix might be to measure seal all around, take off & refit in new position if some of it was still 40mm. See if leak sorted.”

“Made up with the products I bought from veedub. This is my first van and it was great to find almost everything I wanted on one site. Bonnet bra, vector side rails and wind deflectors all fitted following the fantastic you tube instructions. Great customer service aswell once I'd ordered I was asked which day would be best for me and they had no problems when I needed to change the delivery address. Great work guys. “very quick delivery and bonnet bra the correct requirements. However, could have been improved by including fitting instructions and there was only one length of srting rather than the required two.”

“Whilst the items ordered where ok and did what they needed to do I was mainly disappointed by the delivery as it took a week to arrive and when it did I had to collect from post office as they hadn't paid enough postage to send it as the post office had said they had tried to re use a used stamp !! That cost ME money and time .”

Hi Stephen, Sorry your item took so long to arrive and you had to pay postage, we send out dozens of key fobs every week and they normally take 2-4 days to arrive as per our delivery terms on our website for this type of item. We also NEVER re-use stamps and the postage we put onto these items more than covers the postage costs so this must be an error at the post office, however get in touch with support@veedubtransporters.co.uk and we will reimburse any postage costs you may have been charged in error.
