“Disappointed that the stand-off locks for my T4 twin doors don't actually fit the T4... However top marks to VeeDub for promptly replying to my messages, providing a free returns service and full refund. I will certainly be returning to buy other items for the T4.”

“The product is very good but the lack of installation guide, made for alot of trail and error fitting tye sidebars, I wouldn't recommend you for this issue. You provided photocopy blurry diagrams they made little sense, luckily I'm a trademan so I'm very competent with my thoughts and hands but I'm guessing that 90% of people wouldn't even attempt to start to try and fit these side-step with. This is a polite feedback so you can work out some installation instructions otherwise most people will just send back your product. I am interested in other products you have but I'm worried that again I will be left with no instructions so at this moment in time I'm unfortunately looking elsewhere. Hope this Helps. Carl Riley”

“I'm writing this because you asked me to. So if it's not to your liking... 1. It is now much more complicated to buy over the counter on site. Why? 2. Having paid my money..."wait 10 to 15 minutes" in the cold and wet outside 3. The item was finally handed over after 45mins and after having rung the bell twice and spoken to 3 different youngsters. 4. The level of service skills of the staff is very poor. If they have every received training then it has all been forgotten. Well you did ask... PS. The item small item purchased was fine.”
