“The door seals for my T 6 came within 2 days of me ordering them. I just needed clarification that they were ok for my T 6, as the label said T 5 on it. Again the sales department came back to me the same day. Very good service.”

“Side bars look good and stainless should mean they should hopefully stay rust free (time will tell). Fitting however is a nightmare if you choose to try to follow the installation video and have a swb model as the video describes lwb fitting and this is different to swb. There is no mention as to which way the different brackets fit for swb, had to work it out myself through trial & error. Rear painted spoiler as a clearance item was way worse than the defects as described, but as a clearance item is non- returnable I have had to have it flatted back and re- sprayed properly. Mudflaps,rear threshold and front splitter all good but never received my free gift pack with my order.”

“Found customer service ok Product information not so good Bought a electric window kit for my T5 Went to fit it found had no relay or inline fuse holder So not a complete fitting kit if I had known would have bought these before not when I had striped out my door panels first slight inconvenience Other wise ok”

“Up to now all good but I haven’t tried to fit yet due to the weather, the product looks fine with all fittings the only minor issues which is common all over today is the size of the packaging, not very environmentally friendly.”

“Mostly a happy experience apart from there are no instructions to fit the sportline bumper to the van. I have emailed you and still not had a response. After looking on YouTube at a competitors video I think I may have the directions needed. Once purchased I did receive an email showing how to fit the splitter but not the bumper”

“Recieved my rear vw transporter spoiler , looks good apart from a bit where the paints run , and another bit that don’t look quite right, I need it on the camper asap can’t be bothered to faff around sending it back, got terminal cancer so every hour / days precious , probably won’t see the dodgey bits once it’s on, quick delivery , would use again .”

“Customer service at Vee Dub has been superb in resolving a minor problem with a product. 5 Stars for their efforts. The wind deflector product I received although looked perfect seemed under stress and caused minor deflection in its alignment when fitted, therefore 3 stars for the product. Evidence submitted, replacements received and now installed.”

“Rear high level smoked led units received. Box squashed at 1 end hence 4* not 5. Examined contents. Appear to be unaffected so fitted same day. Seem fine. For other buyers, connect and leave hanging with barn doors fully open and visible in wing mirrors to test before securing if you don't have an assistant.”
