Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. Please note that our customer service team is available only during our published opening hours, which are clearly listed on our website. During these hours, we do our best to respond to queries promptly and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Upon checking our records, we can confirm that you reached out via Facebook on Saturday, 10th May at 6:38 AM regarding your delivery. Our automated response was sent shortly after to inform you that our team would be available again from 9:00 AM on Monday morning. We understand from your follow-up message today that your package has since been located, although no card was left by Royal Mail. We appreciate the update. You also raised a concern about communication methods. For your reference, all our contact details and service hours are clearly displayed at the bottom of our website. Additionally, once an order is dispatched, tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer. This tracking enables you to monitor the delivery status in real time, including any photos the courier provides if the parcel is left in a designated safe place. “Ordered several items, all delivered swiftly. Then I had issues with fitting two of the items, problem, never, the after sales team were on it. Swift response, great advice with replacement item was delivered swiftly whilst the correct item, yep, I ordered the wrong item, was dispatched and delivered. Quality kit, quality service, fully recommend VeeDub, great sticker too”

“The mudflaps I bought were not the best quality to be honest, very flimsy and I ended up using a small strip of 3m tape to neaten where it meets the rear bumper but despached quickly would not recommend these buy the more expensive ones”

“I purchased the VW T5/T5.1 Side Skirts - SWB (PRIMED) and VW T5.1 Gloss Black Front Splitter For Under Genuine Bumper for my 2010 Transporter 5.1 prior to getting it re-sprayed. They fit perfectly and look the business, very happy!”

“This the second HL rear tail I have fitted. First one was a genuine VW part and had no problem fitting. This one from Vee Dub was a problem fitting, the screw holes would not align and the centre one seems to broken off inside. Currently the tail light is not correctly seated and held by one screw out of three. My synopsis, it is poor quality and will not purchase again.”
