“My mistake! I ordered the wrong item! However, Vedub were quick to sort out a returns number for me and issued a refund within a couple of days. So it's good service.”

“i have had some very nice parts from you very pleased. but I am still waiting for my sound deading and insulation which dhl said was delivered on 4 March but not to my house as I stayed in all day waiting for it so not very happy chappie would not mind but it was 249 pounds”

“Will never use again. All in stock took over a week to arrive. Left on a Wednesday marked Next Day, Delivery promised by carrier twice Thursday, Friday, told on Saturday can delivery what we ain't got" by carrier! Then told after 3 days hadn't left Leicester! You can't get Customer Service, allways closed, Logistics never answer. Evan sales couldn't get on a Friday. Did get someone on messenger on the Friday, never heard from them again. Nice adds on Facebook, very poor service and delivery. First and last time using them. Oh yes, over delivered, advised, never got a reply!! Now keep getting plagued to leave feedback. Get a grip Vee Dub, don't ask for feedback that you ignore!!”

“Having previously bought an electric window kit years ago it eventually failed, no problem. Ordered another one and fitted but it won’t fit into the available space between the door card and the internal metal of the door, it’s a different design which is bigger, the only option I now have is to remove a small section of the internal door structure to get it to fit on both sides.”
