“Order delivery was on time..... Got what I ordered..... Only negative was the track bars for the side door was to small & when I tried to get through to the customer service department it was always answer machine.....”

“The hood bra itself is good quality but unfortunately the length of string provided was way too short and wouldnt go through the last three loops let alone tie off and we followed the video onsite to make sure done in correct order. Also felt tight even after leaving in the sun prior to fitting.”

“I’m afraid I was very disappointed with the quality of the seal. Unfortunately I didn’t even check it before I had it fitted. I assumed it would be the same as the original one. It’s very flimsy hardly any thicker than balloon thickness. The original is a solid rubber seal.”

“I bought a vinyl for the door pillar on T5, poor quality, arrived damaged due to not being rolled very disappointed. Trying to get a refund was like pulling teeth, never again! Avoid avoid avoid! Customer service team need to review approach!”

Good afternoon, Many thanks for your feedback. We have up to 14 days to process a refund, however, we always aim to process them earlier. You requested a returns number from us on the 21st of July and this was sent to you via email on the 22nd of July, we then received your goods back to us on the 25th of July and you were asked what you would like, replacement goods, credit or a refund. We received a reply from you on the 28th of July asking for a refund which was processed for you on the same day. We are sorry that you feel this way and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
