“Top service, phoned first to make sure I was ordering the right parts, helpfull advice on the phone. Side bars arrived well packed n good quality 2 days later. With the video to help managed to fit them myself no problem at all. Will definitely use again many thanks.”

“Most horrendous experience trying to return an item they sent me by mistake, three times they have let me down saying they will collect, £300 lost earnings, please help van pimp or I will never use you again”

“Got some windows the openers are 10mm on the slant. This is ment to be according to customer service! It look bad. I’m a builder and have never had widow on the slant for water run off. In my option they should be watertight and need no run off. Not happy with the look or the customer service ☹️Shame as was recommended.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies that you are not happy with the window that you have received. Our T5 opening windows are meant to be like this and we have provided you with the technical drawings from our supplier. The fact that the window tapers from front to back makes it impossible for the opening section to sit square, whether you are looking at it from the inside or outside. This is the case with most aftermarket windows available, as well as the OEM Volkswagen windows. The windows aren’t slanted to help with water run off in particularly, but are slanted to help with the overall appearance of the glass, other wise it would look square on the inside and not the outside, or vice versa. We feel that the way these are manufactured gives the best possible outcome and are constantly receiving positive reviews for one of our best selling items. “I paid £15 delivery only Stuck the sticker on the box It was for a Christmas present for my boyfriend he took delivery and he could see what was in the box surprise absolutely ruined not happy at all they couldn’t even be bothered to wrap the box well upset”

Hi Sally, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for this, we are currently working on a section at the checkout of our website, so customers can let us know if the items being purchased are as gifts or not, especially with it being so close to Christmas. The majority of our goods are packaged in our own boxes, however if the item already comes in a box and is being delivered on our own delivery vehicle, where we are sure the item will be safe from damage, then there is no need to package the item as if it was going with a courier company. Not only are our own delivery vehicles safer for the items, but the reduced packaging means they are also more environmentally friendly due to us not using packaging where it isn’t needed. Again our sincere apologies, Vee Dub Transporters.

“Seriously unimpressed. I ordered a set of T4 Vectors. They arrived reasonably promptly and that is as good as it got. They may well be a good item but arrived with no parts list and no instructions whatsoever. I raised this via the website contact form and got zero reply. I then emailed - no reply. I then escalated the issue and was told the contact form and email 'hadn't been seen'. Really? How does that work exactly? I was then supplied with a tiny, incomplete pdf of some images with no explanation, still no instructions. Still no parts list. I complained again. I was then sent some images of some of the parts which didn't really help - I can see the parts in the box on my table. Together with the same useless pdf. Still no instructions, still no parts list. These items are clearly sold as a DIY fit - with over 60 brackets, parts, nuts, bolts etc in the box and no instructions or parts list that is hopeless service. To then back it up with such poor after-sales service is unacceptable. I won't be using Veedub Transporters again and don't recommend anybody else does either Kevin Bell”

Hello Kevin, Many thanks for your feedback. Apologies you did not receive a reply to your first enquiry, unfortunately this did not pull into our ticketing system from our websites ‘contact us’ form, an issue that we have since looked to rectify. We sent you a copy of our PDF instructions and also images of all the brackets with the relevant fixings, all broke down so you were able to see which fixings went where and how they should look. The PDF sent also has a parts list at the top of it. Please accept our sincere apologies that this isn't enough, we have recently sent you some more instructions and a broken down parts list - I do hope this helps, please get in touch if you need anything else as we are more than happy to assist.
