“Ordered a painted T6 sport line style front spoiler & splitter kit for my T6 but unfortunately, both arrived damaged in the box. I contacted Vee Dub by e-mail via the address that was on the invoice & attached some pics.. They were very helpful, e-mailed me back within the hour & arranged for the damaged kit to be picked up within a few days. Within the week I had a new replacement kit delivered.. I was initially gutted that the spoiler kit arrived in a damaged condition but was very relieved when Vee Dub sprang into action & made the whole reordering & delivery process as hassle-free as it could be.”

“Ordered curtains for my t4 top rail was bent and wasn't the right size 4inches to long had to cut down to match the bottom ordered black but got grey curtains and they are way to big definitely not the right size curtains to long and to wide disappointed as I'd ordered before had no problem”

“To be fair most of the products are pretty good quality. My most recent purchases were a genuine VW tray for the back of the seat and an infill logo for my back door badge. No complaints about the quality of the former but the infill logo is way over priced as was the £3.99 postage to put it in an envelope and send it. They insist on using the Post Office to send things. The tray took a week and a half to arrive and the logo a week, both of which were sent 48 Tracked (Joke)”

Good afternoon Neil, Many thanks for your feedback. We have taken a look at your order and can see that you placed your order for your rear badge inlay on the Friday after our cut off point, your order was processed and shipped out on the Monday via Royal Mail 48 Tracked in a hard back envelope, we use these envelopes for certain products just as we use different couriers for different products as the smaller items can get lost with the other couriers. With regards to the delay on your order for the table, again unfortunately due to Royal Mail, we can see that you were refunded your delivery charge of £11.99 Unfortunately we are in the hands of the couriers and the delay in you receiving your orders was due to Royal Mail.
