“I bought a replacement T5 bonnet strut. The first one arrived promptly but there was a tear in the bag and the product was missing. My postie knew nothing! I contacted customer support (Ollie) and they were fantastic, sending me another straight away. The part fits perfectly and I have to give the bonnet quite a firm shove to get it to lower! Will buy again without hesitationion if I ever need to.”

Hi Robert, Many thanks for your review, I have looked into your order and can see that unfortunately the free baseball cap was not added to your cart during the checkout process and this is why the free baseball cap was not on your order and hasn’t been sent out. As the order has already been shipped we would not be able to send a free cap out, however, what we can do is send out the gift pack (dust caps/keyring/stickers) and a Vee Dub air freshener (so 2 free gifts!).
