“Nothing seems to be wrong with the product but I will not purchasing any else from them if that is what they class 'instructions'. A single bit of paper with a faded black and white picture on is not what I would call instructions.”

Hi Will, the instructions in your box are supplier instructions, we actually create fitting videos for the item that you bought so that you can follow them to fit your bars, we even send emails with a link to the fitting videos when you place your order, you can find the link here: https://www.veedubtransporters.co.uk/fitting-instructions/

“Good quality item delivered on time friendly staff... Only one criticism please update help videos as the one for roof rails is out of date. However having said that, one quick phone call and it was all sorted Thanks”

“Curtain rails not very Good fitment Had to trim and bend each rail to fit.... a lot of effort to re shape and fit these”

“Step plates supplied with pan head screws for countersunk holes in plates, then why countersink the plates?? Suggest your buying department request the correct screws are supplied!”

“A somewhat frustrating experience! Item not delivered on Weds 9th Aug. had to mail re non-delivery on Fri 11th not your problem but don't despatch check DPD for non delivery?? Shannon quickly replied and despatched a replacement set - excellent! The set arrived promptly but on opening no 3D tape for fitting! Another mail quickly responded to by Ollie stating design had changed to use screws, however the plates on website are shown with screw holes but instructions still say 3D tape, this was pointed out to Ollie and I see nothing has changed on the website! Was asked if I needed the screws? well I would as that's how they are fitted! Screws eventually arrived today by 2nd class post. Overall disappointed.”
