“Ordered this Rear Door Standoff Lock Extension a few days before our trip not knowing if it would arrive in time - it did - worked a treat and as with all the other parts I have orderd from VeeDub they arrive quickly and in great condition. “Needle snapped under no excessive pressure, contacted the company, got told it must have been user error as it's never happened before. Told it's only suppose to thread and not sew. I explained I followed the instructions video, which also includes an initial sew. The needle didn't even snap at this point it snapped further along when just threading, sent several emails and now the company are just ignoring. It's quite possible that this needle may just have been faulty, who knows it does happen, but to be accused of not doing something straight away without a conversation is terrible customer service”

“The wing mirror was received quickly and relatively easy to fit, as long as you have the right tools, which are outlined in the fitting video. It saved £££ compared to what a local garage quoted. All the electrics work. I'm still to paint the cover, which hopefully will be as straightforward.”
