“Ordered some curtains for my converted transporter, one set arrived without the press studs to clip them together. I rang and explained the issue and the fault was rectified immediately. Would recommend.”

“Enjoyed the open day. Could have done with a coffee stand as the bar was out of bounds to me as I attended on my own & had to drive my van back home II was hoping to see more of your products on show”

“The best way to form an opinion about a business is not when things go well but actually when things go wrong (as it can always happen) and how the situation is handled to make sure the customer is a happy one. “Great product and finish. Certainly, a two-person job as you need to encourage it to sit in place but this makes for a snug wrap around the original bumper. My only criticism is around the fitting instructions. It does not come with any. However, a quick call and I was guided to the website. I'm all for that if it avoids printing out paper. I was told the instructions are for the T5/5.1 but it is the same. It is not. There are double the brackets and many of the fittings do not match what you get for a T6 fitting. I did call the customer support team to share this news. Come on Vee Dub Team, help future buyers and create instructions for the T6/6.1. You will spot the very noticeable difference!”

“I ordered the window wind breakers. They look nice fitted. Unfortunately when fitting the drivers side a piece of plastic sheered off when it was bent to fit. This is the only reason why I didn't give a 5. Fortunately the clips are holding it well.”
