“Delivery of my ordered items was reasonably fast, but i did encounter a hiccup with some of the rails for my Premium curtain set. A phone call soon rectified that and the replacement items arrived a couple of days later. Can't fault VDT for the corrective action 🙂.”

I can confirm that an email would have been sent to advise that the goods would have been dispatched, unfortunately Tuffnells, the courier we used do not offer tracking details or specific time slots.
