“As a first time customer I’m not that impressed when my parcel arrived i was missing the wiring loom for my new lights also never received the x3 free gifts when i contacted you I was told it would be sent out Monday which I understand that it was the weekend coming up but I do believe it could of been sent 24hr courier we are now Tuesday and still hasn’t arrived and the original order was place in the 28th dec understanding that you was closed until the 2nd of jan but I still would of expected to receive what I ordered by the 4th of Jan”

“I had ordered a set of rear lights for my wifes T5, to get it ready for a festive break. I was sent two drivers side lights instead of a set. Upon contacting them i was sent an automated royal mail returns link which was very convenient & easy to use. I also emphasised the time constraint i had which is exacerbated with high demand on couriers. They said they will dispatch a replacement as soon as i handed over one of the lights to royal mail. Within 10 minutes of this correspondence, i emailed them stating that i am sending the item back imminently to which i got no reply. I had to chase them up the next day to enquire if a replacement had been despatched yet, they said i had to send them proof of despatch. I was told their email states that i need to send them proof, which it absolutely does not. I assumed their automated returns process was able to be accessed by them, i also emailed them as & when i despatched the item to make sure they were aware. The initial mistake & poor communication & attentiveness afterwards was & is infuriating. The attitude shown was completely nonchalant & they would not be bothered to reply to me twice. Judging by other reviews, it seems this sort of thing is a rare occurrance but i have no confidence in Vee Dub transporters. The replacement has yet to arrive and i am keeping my fingers crossed that i get the correct light eventually.”

Hello, We do apologise you have incurred these issues with your order. I have looked into this for yourself and can see you had ordered a set of rear lights. unfortunately, you had received two of the same side. Looking at the images you had sent across, you had received the correct boxes however, one of the lights had been put in the box incorrectly from our manufacturer. You were sent our free royal mail returns link and advised that once this had been handed to royal mail if you let us know we would be more than happy to send out a replacement due to your time constraint and also with how busy the couriers are at this time of year. Unfortunately, we did not receive proof that this had been sent and this is what we were waiting for to send your replacement. You had then emailed ourselves to ask if this had been sent, to which you were advised as we had not received confirmation the replacement had not been sent. I can see you had then sent confirmation and a replacement has been issued. Your replacement light should be with yourself shortly. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused surrounding your order. Kind Regards, Vee Dub Management.
