“Ordered a T6 rear badge which sadly wasn’t up to the job. Refund was processed quickly and was kept informed as to what was happening. Excellent customer service, will definitely be shopping with you again 👍”

“I continue to be completely underwhelmed by this company. They are great at the social media , the razzle dazzle and the Pom poms but but actually delivery and service is best summed up as ‘could do better’”

Hi Neil, We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery service you have received from us. We can see that your order was shipped out on time from ourselves, but was unfortunately lost in transit by our couriers. Following the completion of our couriers search for your parcel, a replacement order was issued to yourself and shipped the following working day from us being notified of the missing parcel. “Website easy to navigate and use - item arrived quickly but order was missing a couple of parts - email them and got a prompt reply saying sorry and they will send out the missing parts asap. Missing parts turned up quickly so was happy and impressed how they dealt with it. Would happily recommend and will be using them again.”

“More than happy with the speed the items came to me and the quality of items is as expected but i was a little unhappy with how they were packaged. The plastic bags of two items had torn open as they had rubbed together leaving a minor scuff. This could have been prevented with bubble wrap.”
