“Recently purchased roof rails for my T5, no fitting instructions and did not arrive within the 48hrs of purchase, on the flip side the rails are strong and sturdy and not bad fit.”

“Very happy with product, delivery and packaging a very good service / the instructions could be a bit better and there should possibly be a rubber grommet were cables come out of the pipe / would definatly buy from again. Thanx wurn”

“When I say they are AWESOME I am doing them a disservice, I cannot find a word that describes them as highly as I would like. I messaged the team on the Facebook page and before I knew it I had made some ones Christmas dream come true and I was staring at some shiny shiny stuff! The service is AWESOME The customer care is AWESOME The product is AWESOME Please note, I am not on any drugs - nor do I have any special needs. I am just really impressed with this company.”

“delivery was superb fast and efficient HOWEVER no instructions how to fit and wire up . I rang customer services twice left a message once and nobody got back to me . Still waiting as I want to check the illumination before I fit the illuminated roof rails ! would have been 5 star if someone could have rung back or answered the phone 07815 716593”

“excellent communication and customer services. wish i had ordered the side windows from yourselves instead of tidy transporters as that order was missing window fixing kit what shpuld have been includee. i have since ordered this from yourselves as tidy were abrupt when i asked where the order was. very impressed with your service thank you. recommended on t5 forum from now on!”
