“hi guys, very good love the side bars. Can you please call me 07828 129907. I also bought some roof bars ( unopened ) and now decided I would prefer the black ones as the bus is black anyway and would match the side bars. Cheers Leon.”

“Fantastic service thanks the only thing that would make dealing with you easier for me would be a click and collect service due to me working full time thanks also goes to the delivery driver who took the time to find a neighbour to take delivery of my parcel.”

“Bought a set of mud flaps *front and rear, lovely quality and fairly quick on delivery. My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that there were no self tapping screws included. :( I could have sworn I heard the guy say on their YouTube commentary that there were screws supplied? Still, I will still buy more goodies from them for my T5.1 ????????”

“missing fitting kit from order, made a phone call and told fitting kit would be sent, 4 days later no fitting kit and another call told the same again fitting kit would be sent out. not a very good service and obviously no communication between the staff.”

However we can confirm that the missing parts were shipped on 18/01/16, the following working day after the issue was reported to us by yourself. As discussed on the telephone this morning, your goods are still with the My Hermes courier for delivery, My Hermes ask for 3-5 working days. “Have ordered side bars for my transporter. Unfortunately the courier was unable to deliver the next day, however, I was kept informed by your office, and, as promised they arrived the following day. Cannot comment on product as they were delivered to bodyshop, will give feedback once I have seen them.”

“Bought bottom and middle roller guide for side door T4. Bottom guide didn't fit as arm too long. Was going to call but as it was Sunday and I'd already striped the old one out decided to alter new one to fit. Had to drill and tap new fixing hole and cut down arm length . Not a problem for me as I've got all the kit though bare this in mind if you don't . Check arm length with yours before ordering, mines a '97 1000 1.8D so it may just be this model. Apart from this, items arrived promptly and a great price. Will use again”

“I bought VW T5 front and rear mud flaps. Fronts good fit and rear very bad and had no instructions. Rears are meant to be secured by putting self tapping screws through the bumper to hold on with very bad fitting. Rears returned and got full refund, got VW OME and fitted perfect. Customer service was good.”

“after ordering various items for my t4 issues unfortunately arouse with the delivery service. I contacted veedub and explained my situation. within the day veedub had contacted the couriers discovered the items had been misplaced and despatched them again all the time keeping me informed. excellent service thank you veedub”
