“No problem at all recommending vee dub transporter. co.uk. I purchased two side windows for my T5, delivered within days of ordering, reasonably priced and excellent quality products. “I brought some roof rails for my VW T5, the rails themselves are fine...but the shoe (the piece of plastic that goes between the van roof and the feet of the rail) where of a very poor quality (from Turkey I'm lead to believe, so not Vee Dub's own). There are three points of contact from the rails to the roof, the middle ones are make of plastic and the support was miss shaped so the shoes didn't fit, and indeed there are three male prongs that fit into the female holes on the shoe....One of these prongs broke because of the fault in the support. To that end Vee Dub where ready to replace said middle supports, but I wasn't happy to put said rails on my T5! NOW, my only gripe, is that now I don't want the rails and I want to return them for a full refund, I'm to pay for the return of the product...which I believe is wrong! two reasons......1 the goods are faulty and are not of the quality I would want to put on my T5.....2 I shouldn't be having to pay out for faulty goods to be returned to the company, the fact I've had no luck trying to find a courier that would take them, TNT who delivered them won't take them back because im not a business and I don't want to set up an account giving out personnel information to a company I won't use again only to receive junk mail all the time! Something that needs looking into!! Mr J Kendrick”

I understand that we offered to send you some replacement feet for your roof rails to rectify the problem you was having which you originally agreed. However unfortunately after this, you felt that you was not happy with the product over all which is why we could not arrange or cover the costs of getting the item back to us. Take care
