“my first order was really quick however will not use them again, went onto their web page yesterday spotted some seat covers for front of my new van but needed to call them as had a couple of questions only to be told £129 was yesterdays price todays is £159 so if they are behaving this way i will no longer buy from this company, if website offers these at one price but charges another it not a company i wish to deal with.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review, we're glad to hear that you are happy with your purchase from us. Here at Vee Dub Transporters we take all reviews seriously and have thus taken a look into this for you.   After listening to your initial phone call to ourselves I can see that when you rang our sales team you were enquiring about the T6 seat covers, the member of our sales team that you spoke to enquired about which colour you would like information on to which you responded with grey. The price you were given the for the T6 Grey Diamond Stitch 1+1 seat covers was correct, £159.99.   However, on your second phone call to ourselves, when you contacted our customer services team, you enquired about a completely different style seat cover. That being the T6 Classic Diamond Stitch 1+1 seat covers, which are priced on sale at £129.99. Unlike the sale price for the grey seat covers, the bank holiday weekend deal has continued on the T6 Classic Diamond Stitch seat covers and will do for some time.  The information that was provided by our sales team was correct for the covers that you enquired about when you initially contacted us, however if you were looking to place an order for the classic style seat covers the cost will be £129.99. As requested, a member of our management team will give yourself a call shortly to clarify the issue and hopefully resolve any queries you may have. Kind regards,  Vee Dub Transporters.
