“Wrong part sent. Was told couldn't send correct part until they received wrong part back. Strange idea. Still waiting for correct part.”

Hi Adrian, unfortunately it is standard policy to request the return of the incorrect goods before re-sending goods, we did provide a paid-for label for you to make this process easier. Sorry you weren't satisfied with this!

“The order took 4 days to arrive which isn’t the end of the world but what I was more disappointed in was the quantity of the product. I received two items one was led side repeaters for my t5.1 transporter and the other led reg plate lights both of poor quality and bad fit”

Hi Stephen, the item was despatched the morning after you placed your order and should have arrived on the Wednesday (which is our standard 2 day delivery service) however it didn't reach you until the Friday, apologies for that. “I have not fitted the diamond stitched seat covers as yet but I am pleased with the quality of them, I waited a long time for them to be available at a better price as I consider the usual price to be expensive! the packaging leaves a lot to be desired as one side of the box arrived open & the other side almost open! I was lucky to not have received an empty box! These boxes need tape running both ways in order to be secure! I just hope they fit well.”
