Ordered two of the same dresses from this company (for sizes) which I returned. Never had a problem with other companies. Received an e-mail to state that only a partial refund had been given. When I questioned this, they stated they had only received one dress. I had sent two back and they will only refund one. I agree with others on here. Great delivery etc but when it comes to returning they will try to keep your money. Shopsafe rate them 2 stars for this very reason. You have been warned! The clothes they sell look great but these 5* reviewers obviously haven’t had to return their items because that’s when things seem to go horribly wrong. The customer “service” is unfriendly, unhelpful and frustrating because they don’t answer the points you make when complaining. For example, I received a dress which had all the labels (including the washing instructions) removed. They didn’t have a replacement in my size so I asked for a reduction. They did offered me a return but ignored my several emails requests for a reduction. This is not the first time I’ve had difficulty communicating with Vestry and I won’t be using them again. “Service’ is not the word I’d use to describe their culture.

I purchased an item for my niece for her birthday which did not fit when trying to return the item as it was outside the 14 days it was refused and sent back to me. The item was in excess if £100 had all labels attached and had clearly not been worn so no reason the item couldn't be re stocked for sale. How an item purchased as a gift is expected to be returned in such a short space of time is beyond me! Good luck if you have purchased christmas gifts as if the do not fit you will be stuck with the them!

The dress I ordered was several sizes too small than the size I ordered. While the dress was stretchy, the thread they used was not, so I was unable to get the dress over my shoulders. Total bullshit.

Wouldn't trust company charge rip off prices for rubbish clothes- money grabbers. Ordered a few things, very tacky and cheap looking. Very poor customer service.

Bought a dress , too tight , returned it , dress cost £37.60 Was refunded £27 Emailed them to ask why I wasn't refunded the total for the dress ( which was £30 ) Postage was £7.60 Didn't get a reply . Very Poor Won't be shopping here again

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish, god knows how these guys are still in business. Awful quality, terrible customer service, ridiculous returns policy, cheap tacky and ugly.

Stay clear of this company. I ordered a two piece, skirt and top, looked amazing on the website. When it arrived the strap was completely broken, I hadn't even tried it on, just took it out of the packaging and one of the straps was just hanging and it's only sewn on one end, which means its completely un-wearable and faulty. I sent the item back asking for a refund, and was amazed a week later they had sent it back to me, saying I was over the 14 days return policy (by 2 days I might add) and despite numerous e-mails, even quoting the Sales of Goods Act, they have point blank refused to help me, no refund, no exchange, nothing, just keep the broken top. If I could fix it myself I would! Absolutely disgusting service.

Customer service unreliable! Shop sells products with deffect to customers and then denies it in order not to fully reimburse!! I bought a "Flattering Plepum Dress" for 50 pounds, delivered to Germany. Upon arrival, I saw that the dress was faulty: one of the sleeves was obviously misplaced, with the consequence that, upon wearing, both sleeves seemed different from each other. If not for this VERY OBVIOUSLY deffect, I would have kept the dress. I immediately notified Vestry's consumer service, specifically making reference to my order, and asked if I would have to pay for the delivery costs when sending the faulty dress back. They answered me saying that they were sorry and that I should send back the package and they would reimburse the delivery costs also. Later, though, when I asked for this reimbursement, they answered that they do not reimburse international customers! Even though they knew that I was an international customer when they told me they would reimburse me! Plus, they denied that there was any deffect - but i took a picture of how the dress looked and how it was supposed to look from the picture in Vestry's website, so the lie was obvious. They will certainly sell the faulty product to some other stupid customer!
