“All of my dogs (Siberian Huskies) are very precious to me. I have used Vet Medic for many years, and I can honestly say that I have never had a problem. The people at VM are very understanding, knowledgeable and more importantly, they listen to owners. I have had dogs that were old and on prescription medication, and vet medic bent over backwards to accommodate us. Everything is cheaper than you would have to pay elsewhere, and yet the quality and promptness of service is never compromised. A great organisation that I don't know what I would do without. I would recommend them to anyone. Alison Newman”

“A little confusion arose because the fax I sent was illegible. However, everything was sorted out by a very professional member of Staff,whose name escapes me. Max's medication came through two days later, so thank you from me and a woof from him!”

“Good products but would I was not contacted when one of the items I ordered was not in stock. I had paid for First Class shipping but didn't receive my items on time (my cat really needed the ear drops as soon as possible). Would like to have had more communication with Vet Medic about the item that wasn't in stock because they held the entire order back. I didn't get so much as an email from them. I had to call them which doesn't make for good customer service.”

“A very fast free delivery. I was pleased as I needed the product fast. A pity the packaging was inadequate as it had been badly squashed in the post, luckily the bottle didn't split !!”

“I ordered two items from Vet Medic, found the site easy to use and the prices very competitive, Otodex ear drops and Virbac Epiotic ear cleanser for my Flatcoat Retriever. The products were delivered quickly and I will use the seller again. Definitely recommend.”
