“Quick delivery,good price,no fuss,ideal”

“Always very quick service. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because a few months a go the plastic bottle had leaked during delivery, losing about a third of the liquid and making the bottle smell so that it had to be left outside. I didn't however request another one and maybe if I had, one would have been sent. Have been using this company for some time and this was the only negative incident so overall very pleased and continue to use them.”

“Excellent service. I ordered two feliway plug ins. Website was easy to use, prices were good and they arrived swiftly. Only reason I didn't give 4 stars was because I had to purchase the full plug in as they did not have the refills alone!”

“Vet-Medic is a good Seller. Their products are good. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. They provide a free delivery which is good, but the only problem is that whilst they despatch quickly, because they use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, the purchase takes up to 5 working days to arrive. In my view, it would be better and the customer would greatly value it, if the Seller charged a small delivery charge which together with their free 2nd class delivery would mean that the purchase would be posted 1st class and would arrive within 24 hours. Overall, everything would be better and I would then give this seller the 'very good' star.”

“Overall I was happy with the ease of ordering and the delivery time. However, I have never bought one of these collars before and it wasn't cheap and upon reading the literature that came with it, I see it will only last 4 weeks! I would have liked to have seen this information before I made the purchase.”

“the service was very good, although my needs are quite minimal (once a year), so was disappointed when the day after l placed my order... l got a10% off offer for l expect, next order....but mine will probably be next year. l expect it will not be valid then!!!”
