“Good products but would I was not contacted when one of the items I ordered was not in stock. I had paid for First Class shipping but didn't receive my items on time (my cat really needed the ear drops as soon as possible). Would like to have had more communication with Vet Medic about the item that wasn't in stock because they held the entire order back. I didn't get so much as an email from them. I had to call them which doesn't make for good customer service.”

“A very fast free delivery. I was pleased as I needed the product fast. A pity the packaging was inadequate as it had been badly squashed in the post, luckily the bottle didn't split !!”

“I thought I was buying a refill for a Feliway Diffuser but received the complete kit complete with the plug-in gadget. However, this was not a problem because, as far as I can see, refills on their own are no less expensive that what I was sent.”
