“Throughout my travels I have been using viator faithfully because they are prompt reliable convenient and always updating by adding new trips. They are very organised too. I have had a good experience booking with them..... However the deals and discounts are very time bound which cannot be used.”

“I'm in the middle of a two week trip to Italy. Thus far all of my tours have been booked through Viator and they all rate 4 or 5 stars. I'm very satisfied and would certainly do this again in another country.”

“Most of Viator recommendations are good and with customer feedback, a lot can be improved. Viator should also look at providing consolidated feedback to respective countries for tourism policy issues and tourist handling by agents. Additional information such as sim card, communication and internet facility shall help the traveler. We need one local SIM with internet facility, which will help in a great deal to be in touch with Viator while traveling and for confirmations and changes. Continue evaluating good tourist packages and rate them Thanks Renukaprasad Belgur Mr.”

“My wife and I have used Viator on many occasions and have never, to date, been disappointed. The prices are more expensive than you might reasonably pay locally but for that you buy peace of mind and quality assurance. The trips are easy to book on-line and the documentation is for the most part clear (although information regarding pick up times and details is usually left to the local operator and arrangements can and do vary). Once arranged pick up is invariably on-time. Our Guides have been uniformly excellent. Knowledgable and pleasant without being intrusive. All have had excellent English.”

“We phoned Viator with questions about the tour we were considering. The agent was very helpful and even contacted the tour company for answers. When we realized the tour in question was not available, he researched alternate trips and made the reservation at no extra charge. The whole process was easy. I definitely recommend Viator.”

“I ordered four outings at VIATOR: one in Zurich, two in Paris and one in Nice. All tours have been conducted absolutely perfectly. It is clearly seen that Viator chooses partners very carefully and maintain the same high standard of service in different countries. The range of excursions is very extensive and the prices are reasonable. I think that Viator is a very responsible company and going to use its services further.”

“Good tours and good guides. All guides were very familiar with the areas shown. There is one issue with most of the tours which is identiying the guides at the begining of the tours. The meeting points are with different groups of people anf you have to be asking one by one if they are the guides and if they are the tour younare looking for. It is annoying. Guides should wear a identifyable color hat or vest with a good size name and tour name on it.”

“Using Viator took some of the 'stress' out of our tour. Knowing that parts of your trip were already booked and paid for meant that the cash in our pockets would last a little longer. The range of activities on offer was wide and there were no problems when handing over the vouchers so I would presume that the company's name held some respect. Thanks for helping to make our trip so enjoyable.”

“went to the Colosseum as well as the Sistine Chapel. the tour guides did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable. no lines and had very private viewing .. I highly recommend Viator”

“I booked three tours for the two days we were in New York - Top of the Rock tickets, a night cruise with dinner and champagne on the Hudson and a full day tour. I booked them all from England before we left and found the website very good and when I needed to phone the London office a couple of times with queries, I found everyone I spoke to very polite, helpful and friendly. I was recommended to Viators by a friend and we have recommended them to other friends in our turn. We found them excellent.”
