“The constant reminder to print out the voucher is good, but also include a note as to why. Also communicate more clearly if there is something that needs to be done regarding the need to communicate 24hrs to the local company. Provide emails in the case a phone is not available.”

“We booked 2 recent tours with Viator whilst visiting Canada and whilst they were a little pricey, they both nevertheless were each good in their own way. Ultimate Niagara Falls Tour plus Helicopter Ride and Skylon Tower Lunch and Victoria and Butchart Gardens by Seaplane and Speed Boat And although we had some local contact problems to confirm the tour in Vancouver, we resolved this and enjoyed our trip. The 2 packages were excellent in their own way, and the organisers of each trip were very good. If you want to get an excellent experience whilst travelling, then Viator is an excellent way to secure a package.”

“I was more than pleased with the three day tours I organized through Viator in Zurich, Switzerland. Each day, the tours went without a hitch. The buses were all very new and luxurious. The drivers drove smoothly, and the guides gave great explanations along the way,, adding insight into the days' journeys. I would certainly recommend these day trips to others.”

“Viator offer an excellent range of trips at very reasonable prices. The website was easy to use and all arrangements where carried out with no problems. Even the tour which was cancelled due to bad weather was quickly refunded. I will definitely be booking with Viator again. Thank you.”

“you are well organized and very efficient. My plane ride was delayed, so I didn't make it on time for one of my tours. I easily rescheduled the tour for another day, and I was given the full experience of the tour. I didn't lose money or the opportunity to explore the tour. Thank You for the excellent service. “We have booked several tours through victor, both when we have been on cruises and also on land based vacations in the Caribbean and also in Europe. “I have used Viator for the past few years and really became quite comfortable using this app. It is relatively easy to use the app to book all your tours. The App is self explanatory and if you make a mistake you can always go back to make corrections. What I also like is if you're not comfortable with the online process you can always call and speak to someone in reference to your booking tours. I have recommended Viator to friends and family. I'll continue to use Viator not only to book tours, but to also read reviews.”
