Victoria Health has never had the fastest delivery service but my latest order has been taking (so far ) 23 days (UK to Finland ) , and the parcel is still only reached Belgium . Quite disappointing . I am very fond of the products (I order them regularly )but waiting for the parcel to arrive for weeks and weeks is very frustrating.

Hello, Im a custumer of your site for some years now, I do love your products, however I will stop buying from your British website because I had to pay extra taxes to get delivered in Portugal. I had to wait for the costumes do approved it and pay extra 15€ to get it. Do you have any other way to get your products without this new Brexit rules? Thank you.

The products are great. Delivery was as anticipated. BUT I’m horrified at having to pay almost $50 for duties when I picked up the package at Canada Post. I cannot order from VH again… just not worth it.

my order was found in my next door neighbours hedge in the back garden.....I was looking out of my bedroom window & saw it on top of the hedge, the hedge is over 6 ft high.....so as you can imagine I was not best pleased

From time to time, some products may not necessarily be how our customers would like them to perform for them personally with the expected results and that in your case they have faded them, but only slightly. My first order came through quite quickly and I was happy with the service but my second took 10 days which was really disappointing as it meant I was left for quite a few days without the supplements

Hi, I placed this order to Spain on 26 July however it is still being held by customs . I write to you and have no reply . Have the correct customs forms been completed ? I receive all my Net-a-Porter items with zero issues so I don’t understand why the order was later even accepted if delivery is not possible. Poor service and poor communication

Placed my order on July 15, it's now 22 July and still have not received the products. Very disappointing !
