“Hi, I placed this order to Spain on 26 July however it is still being held by customs . I write to you and have no reply . Have the correct customs forms been completed ? I receive all my Net-a-Porter items with zero issues so I don’t understand why the order was later even accepted if delivery is not possible. Poor service and poor communication”
