“Love the products but the packing and delivery service needs some attention. First order I placed arrived with a missing item due to bag being ripped. Item was resent fairly quickley. Second order arrived with bag open and no products. Again, no problem with replacing order but package arrived with free samples but no item, apologies made by customer service and resent, arrived ok this time. Its making me think twice about ordering from here again.”

“As always I find Customer Services very knowledgeable about the products they sell and if they think that particular product not suitable for you they will advise what is. Their Returns Policy is very quick and easy, I’ve only had to return twice in a lot of years!”
