“As a long- term VH customer who continues to order and try new products I am obviously generally pleased with what I receive from you. In particular the Natucain Brow and Lash enhancer is certainly very effective. I note that the same company produce a Hair reviver which I have not seen reviewed. I wonder if this is because it is relatively expensive and therefore not purchased in volume rather than not working? So, generally love the products but dislike the new black DoSe packaging. A solid colour makes it difficult to know when the contents are running out and, for me, black is funereal rather than smart. Also, although in white I find the printed instructions too small to read with ease, even with spectacles. And one final point - I would not have purchased the Triple Vitamin C23% Serum had I realised that it needs to be kept refrigerated. As it is to be applied after cleansing, which I naturally do in my bedroom/bathroom night and morning, where I do not have a 'fridge, I was surprised to read 'keep refrigerated' in tiny print at the end of the How to Use instructions. It is therefore rarely applied and a waste of money. A good note on which to end. My thanks to Shabit to whom I submitted a 'What's the Solution' request. He replied by return with a sensible advice and a useful recommendation. Excellent service! emma stewart”
