“I'm very happy with the customer service and order processing of Victoria Health. However, I am not happy that their delivery courier left my Prickly Pear Oil on my doorstep in the boiling hot sun, so it caused some of the oil to evaporate. Even though I was at home in the office, he did not ring the bell, so I didn't even know it was there.”

Your Prickly Pear Oil should never have been left in direct sunlight, and we completely understand your frustration. While we do everything we can to ensure safe and timely deliveries, Royal Mail clearly fell short this time, and we will be raising this with the them to prevent it from happening again. We also want to reassure you that all of our products, including the Prickly Pear Oil, undergo rigorous stability testing – including being kept in a chamber at 40°C for 12 weeks – to ensure they remain safe and effective even if exposed to high temperatures during transit. While we would never want this to occur, the product is tested to withstand such conditions without compromising quality or safety. That said, we would be very happy to look into this further for you. Could you let us know if there was any noticeable leakage or if the packaging appeared damaged? Thank you again for bringing this to our attention – and for your continued trust in Victoria Health. - VH

“I kept getting a UTI and having to have Antibiotics 😩 Advert in the Sunday paper about Cystaclean Cranberry Capsules, I read very good reviews so I thought I would give them a whirl! Never looked back🙏 Not cheap but well worth it to get your life back in order!”

“After a promising start, I remained sceptical as to how good the Fulvic Acid nail cream could be but I am still using it sparingly every day (as recommended) and after approx. 3 months the results are amazing. My nails were previously exceptionally dry and brittle and now they are strong and maintain a good length. My skin is now soft and smooth and I am able to wear rings again and proudly show them off as I no longer feel like I have to hide my hands. I don't think I have ever felt this pleased with a skin care product.”
