“Product never arrived”

Thank you for your message. I have just tracked and it was noted as being delivered on Saturday, 22 April, 10:49. I have also checked and I cannot see any messages from you regarding this not being delivered. We do encourage customers to make contact with us if there is a problem as we cannot know that you have not received if your order is noted as delivered. We can then have the chance to put this right and resend/offer a refund. Please do email customercare@victoriahealth.com. From time to time, packages can get lost. It's the nature of the business, but we will always support and help.

“It didn’t work! I took it for 5 days nothing, so increased it to twice a day, it certainly didn’t do what it was supposed to do. Very disappointed considering the price tag!!!”

“The product is fine but the method of delivery was really disappointing. Although I was at home at the supposed time of call for the delivery guy he texted me 2hours later to tell me he had dropped the product at a local garage -10 minutes walk away. It doesn’t make sense as firstly , I was at home and besides I have very kind neighbors . So ,I won’t be availing of this delivery service again !”

“Recently bought Squalane oil to boost hydration when used over my multi peptide serum. What a find!! And very effective in softening and hydrating my face and neck without the usual greasiness of a heavier oil. Also very good at moistening my cuticles overnight. It's a moderate price, a little goes a long way and doesn't smell. I haven't yet used a moisturiser on top as my skin looks and feels well nourished.”
