“Great serum, hasn't caused any irritation on the skin, sinks in easily and a pleasure to use. I also contacted Customer Service afterwards and asked a few questions about how to use the serum with other serums and oils and got an almost immediate reply with a very detailed and excellent advice. “Reviewed before but happy to do again! Great products and information and editorials. Reliable delivery and personalised responsive customer service. Unfortunately, because the reviews I wrote for products would not send until I'd filled in this review box too, those reviews did not send. The review comments disappeared and one was quite detailed. I'm sorry I can't write it all again so have just done a short review instead plus 5 stars. Sorry.”

“good availability of products, but website could be easier to use, for example for this product I always have to search for it by name as it is not possible to find by category. Payment is also difficult as my Barclays debit card is never accepted in the verification process despite being able to use it in most other websites”
