Delivery was fast and efficient, i didnt recieve the mounting gear that i assumed was included but was not upset with the turn around. could use some assistance with the mounting gear for my cameras. Cheers, Jim

The price was right and the SD cards work great, but I do have one issue that gives me pause to purchase from you again: Delivery took way too long. It took seven days to receive the cards. I’ve purchased products from manufacturers in Japan and China where it took seven days. A routine purchase from a domestic supplier should take a day or two, at most.

I am sorry to hear about that. We have warehouses in NY and CA and your memory cards were only in stock in CA and shipped from there via UPS Ground the day you purchased. UPS service has been especially disappointing

Works great , only regret was not getting the lighting bolt one. Downloads slow when its multiple or large files . Besides that its good for keep files safe..

Hi Kevin- I apologize that you felt brushed aside. We have had either myself or my sales engineer out or unavailable for the past 3 weeks and have been relying more heavily on our manufacturer support teams. PTZOptics support is in the US and is usually very responsive and helpful so we expected you would find the help more quickly and easily. I am happy to work with you if you still need assistance. Please call Jim at 800-323-2325 x1110 and I have our sales engineer back this week as well if we need to schedule time with him.

Hi George- All of the items we sell are new and direct from the manufacturer and most have gone to digital instructions only. Please visit Hauppauge's web site and under the support tab you will see the newest version of the Capture software released in Nov 2021. Of course, if you nee further assistance you can call us at 800-323-2325 as we offer free tech support on everything we sell.

Order a hard drive, that was suppose to come at the end of May. Then for some reason it was unknown the new date of the item. I then had to go out of my way to always get an update for the product. Once the item was set for delivery, employee said it is set to arrive in 3 days then the item took 8days to come to me so... It was a total mayham ordering frim start to finish, that took almost 2 months to be completed. Things that can be improve, don't promise clients when the item is going to arrive without certainly. And hold the shipper accountable for shipping on time or at least follow up with client if it'll be delayed.

The ArmorATD drives were highly anticipated and G-technology did extend the release date several times before they finally shipped. I am sorry if that was not communicated clearly with you while you waited and have reviewed this with our customer service team to make sure we do better! Item was sent to the wrong address, which might have been my fault somehow, but then when I emailed customer service to ask what could be done, I was ghosted. Thankfully I only wasted $50.

I have confirmed with UPS that the item was delivered to the address entered on the order. If you entered the wrong address please contact us ASAP to try to get the package retrieved and re-routed. I have no record of you contacting customer service which must be why you think you were ghosted. I was sent a delicate 44TB SanDisk Pro Mirror external hard drive in a thin box with a single piece of wadded-up paper. Of course, the drive was destroyed in transit, with plastic pieces rattling around inside. My company lost three days waiting for a new one (purchased at another company, which sent the drive double bubble-wrapped in a heavy-duty box). Not very smart, Guys.

I absolutely agree with you and have shared this review and your image with our Warehouse Manager. I am certainly sorry for the lack of attention given to this packaging and for your time lost. If you need a product for work or an event do not order from this company - their shipping cannot be trusted. The first order we made from this company was lost and the second will now not arrive in time for our work event. As a gig worker this is extremely frustrating as we were relying on this company and now have to find a last minute replacement elsewhere after being PROMISED that the replacement product would arrive on time.
