Disorganised and thoughtless. They have still not collected the broken TV they sent me, after 6 failed attempts. I have spent about 8 hours on the phone to customer services- appalling.

The worst service. Tried to still my money. Don’t buy from this website as you will never receive items. The phone number high cost calls. Avoid!

I took 5 days off work waiting for someone to collect a returns appliance. No one came to collect and the company never gave me any updates. I had to phone them so many times to rectify the situation. I have just received a phone bill for over £70 as a transpires their calls are not free.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Ordered a filing cabinet on 4/1/20, now it is 3/2/20 and each time I chased my order there is some excuse about not being in stock and this was not mentioned online when I placed my order. I have been told different stories from out of stock to it will be delivered next week (and then not receiving it). DO NOT USE VIKING, PLEASE AVOID, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE! ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER , LETS SEE IF HE CALLS ME BACK, HAD ENOUGH!!!

Very bad service and when I called to state my order was damaged the reply I received was "Yer" "OK" "Right, well throw that one away and we will send another one" which they did and it arrived also damaged. I do not know who owns Viking but they are nothing like they were. I will NOT be ordering EVER again from them.

Very bad customer service. Product (envelopes) didn't arrive. Made to feel like I was scamming them. Told to investigate it myself. No refund offered. Never ever would I shop with them... I suggest you stay clear. Den of thieves.

worst customer experience I have ever faced . first they delivered the outside house without informing anyone . and I raised the return request . its been 6 days already and nobody has contacted me till now . Neither my desk is being collected nor my money is getting refunded, highly unprofessional services . would never do business with again . not recommended at all.

Goods not delivered, customer services were so unprofessional, I had to ask the woman I was speaking to move to a quieter location as people around her were so loud I had a job to hear what was being said. Yodel said they tried to deliver 3 times but it was only once, where there was a note on my door explaining where to leave and get signed for, to easy. I was promised Re-delivery Friday didn’t happen Monday didn’t happen. Viking were not interested, to the point of next to useless, what an awful company I will never use Viking again ever.

We never received the items we bought, and their customer service tells you always the same "we have escalated your concern" So if you want to save you the hassle you better not buy from Viking Direct.

Will never use them again and I wished I had read the reviews. Ordered a xmas hamper for a client in early December. Failed to update me leaving me to continuously chase matters up. Failed to deliver it and failed keep me updated.

Have had a terrible experience. Placed an order for cling film that stated you received 24 pieces but only received 2. The delivery was delivered to the wrong address, a different street! but the owner kindly delivered it to me After contacting customer services the placed a replacment order and exactly the same issues have happened, short order and delivered to the wrong address!!!! In process of returning the 2 orders, we won't be using viking direct again.

Rude, lying, unprofessional customer service. If you make a bad review on a product they will delete it. Would never recommend and would avoid doing business with them.

Ordered present especially for Xmas with paid for quick delivery. 2 days later I noticed it hadn’t even been dispatched so I rang them, only to find out they were waiting to confirm my order? Why? I ordered it... they didn’t call or email they waited for me to call them! It is now too late for Christmas. The people they have working for the company do not represent them well and I would avoid them at all costs!

Terrible online shopping experience ever. I order with next day delivery and it was very important for my business to get it next day. So ... no delivery, no any massages but order is confirmed, money left my bank account. They said that maybe an error occurred because they did not see my order, they advised to try to order again. This was already strange, because I received an order confirmation for email. Ok, I ordered again. Everything repeated, there is no order, the money is gone a second time. I wrote customer service again, they was very rude! Finally answered: "could you please get into direct contact with our Accounts team via the following as the order is on a new customer audit". What a f ... ? Tell me what kind of online store does an audit of new users? Meanwhile, the money from my account was withdrawn 2 times. Then I email with this team. And you know what they asked for? Pay 3rd time by direct bank transfer. Quote from email: "Unfortunately, in this moment, for this orders we would require a bank transfer to be able to dispatch them. Please find listed below our bank details". Hello guys ... Give me back my money first. So 2 weeks have passed. No order, no money. I still see in my account "Order confirmed". Bravo!

Initially phoned on a Wednesday to ask if filing cabinet could be delivered on the Friday. I said no as nobody would be in. They asked if there was a secure place to leave it - it's a 5 foot high filing cabinet?! They said they couldn't arrange delivery on a particular day, and would phone back next time they were in the area. They phoned the following Monday and arranged delivery for the Wednesday. I sat in all day and they never turned up. When I called, they denied all knowledge of the delivery and said it was now coming on Friday. My wife sat in all day on the Friday and they never appeared. We've yet to receive the filing cabinet - this company cannot be trusted!

If you use this company then be very careful. Everything is fine until they make an error on an order then their customer service really messes up. They only send you half invoices, never credit notes, then don't chase you for invoices they have not sent in the first place, get solicitors involved who then don't send information and charge you fees for the privilege of being just as useless! Unbelievably bad company and not worth the free stale biscuits!

Worst customer service in existence. They sent me the wrong item. it was returned and the correct item sent out, however, 3 months later they are still trying to charge me for the replacement that was already paid for. diabolical.
