“When I started to assemble the pole the top part came out altogether and will not stop in which means the extended pole Keeps dropping down as there is nothing to hold it So I cannot use it”

“I ike the valida mop its very easy to use and when you spin out the water it really does make a difference to the drying. The only suggestion I would make I that the handle could be a bit longer its a bit short for me.”

“Expected the mop to be drier once spun, which I did many times however could squeeze lots more water from it, consequently floor very wet! Bucket too large to fill from sink. Overall bad purchase”
