The products were fine but sadly packed so badly the bottle of cleaning liquid split and leaked over the replacement mops. I did email Vileda but no response to date.

No problem with the actual product. However on delivery, items arrived wrapped in bin-liners and tape, no box. Cleaning fluids had leaked 10% in transit.

I've bought two different types of Vileda cloths, trying to get ones that were sold in Waitrose. Neither of those I bought recently, were anything like the quality of the ones sold in Waitrose a few years ago. Vileda don't seem to sell cloths in supermarkets any more. It would be good if I could get small samples of all the clothes you sell ... otherwise, it is just a very expensive experiment!

Already reported the badly ravelled lines which took at least 2 hours to unravel. The winding mechanism is not working. Phoned your Customer Service who requested I send an email and picture to “support@laundrycompany.co.uk”....this I have done and will hopefully get a response. All very inconvenient as I was really looking forward to using my new rotary dryer, have piles of laundry waiting to put out!! Would appreciate some action on this..Thank you.

The products are good and the website also... but I ordered and paid for 2 items that I was notified had beed dispatched and I still haven’t received them 8 days later despite sending an email to support 2 days ago and not receiving a response... not very good!

I purchased a retractable washing line from Vileda. I paid postage and package for next day delivery, waited in all day...no delivery! Rang the customer services to be told the item would be delivered sometime during the week. That is not good enough for me. I refused delivery from Royal Mail and am awaiting a refund from Vileda. Would definitely not use this company again, not just because if the poor delivery but because of the way I was dealt with when I made enquiries from customer services.

I would have given the turbo mop and bucket 5 out of 5 but the price l paid was a con, l paid £27 with a 20% discount, and Argos and Robert Dyas are selling the same Mop & Bucket for £19.99 the mop is brilliant but the price is a con

Advert said 20 % discount with spring2019 input at checkout, there was nowhere to input this code so there this was not available, surely this is not legal!

Have been disappointed with my purchase. The handle won't extend. It just unscrews from the head. The first day the customer service didn't respond after i looked on line & found that this was a common fault with this mop. When making contact with customer service the next day, the lady told me she had never heard of this issue! Now i have to video the issue, not easy on your own , or send it back! So, i have to pack up a mop & return, instead of just being sent a replacement & handing the defective one over. I generally like Vileda stuff, but the service is a bit off

After discussing this with our support team, the reason for the video request was to ascertain if the product was at fault or we could advise the correct way to extend. I love the product but the only option for delivery was the £4.99 next day delivery option. It took nearly 4 days for my product to arrive.

Very slow delivery. Stated on site & confirmation email that it was next day delivery. Took 5 days to arrive. I wont be buying off the website again. Packaging was poor - black cling film type material

Not the mop I was expecting thought I had ordered the Turbo Super Mocio Microfibre & Cotton. Also took over a week to be delivered! It had on the label next day delivery 31st July 2018. We try mop later today hope it’s as good as the one I wanted.
