“This was replacement for old vileda line,so 5 stars for line. Delivery 2 stars,left at another house on their decking, and card put in that house and owner was in.Package clearly marked our house number. Left to the driver would have been searching for weeks to find it”

“THE BROOM WITH THE HANDLE ATTACHED IS TWO INCHES SHORTER THAN I AM, MAKES SWEEPING VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. ASKED FOR A SHORTER HANDLE AND AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. MOP IS FINE”

“Vileda window vac is just ok. When drawing the vac down the window it does unfortunately leave streaks from the serrated rubber. I wish some company would find a way to prevent this from happening. I have tried all ways to stop this but to no avail. Even after finishing and wiping over with a clean microfiber cloth streaks are still very apparent when the Sun shines on the window. A pity as its nice to use. The other thing is the difficulty obtaining spare rubber blades, which you say is obtainable from yourselves but your email from you say that you don't normally deal with the public. They should be able to be bought online from a variety of websites.”

“I purchased two Vileda spin bucket sets, unfortunately one of the two has arrived broken via the courier and needs to be returned. The quality of the other set is good and works fine. Not sure if it’s a courier or Vileda issue.”

“Product range is good and price is competitive if you can reach the free delivery minimum spend. Despite ordering 3 hours before the next day delivery cut off time, the item was not, in fact, dispatched until the following day. my order was well packaged though.”

“The dryer itself is brilliant, but it arrived damaged and I have not had any response from customer services. I also live in the Scottish Highlands and had to pay £9.95 delivery. When I compared courier charges to elsewhere in Scotland which were being offered free delivery they were the same for the equivalent size of package, but yet I did not get free carriage. Very disappointed”

“I bought an indoor clothes dryer from Vileda which arrived quickly, but had a number of bent rails as the packaging was too tight. It still works and was good value for money, but disappointing that it arrived with a number of dents.”
