“I was scammed...after a month of waiting '"patiently"... I got my delivery notice sitting by my front door.. of course nothing was delivered.. the price looked good up front but since I received nothing doesn't look so good now.. a refund would be awesome if it includes the shipping”

“A faulty rotary , been in touch with vileda by email and phone , still waiting over 48 hrs for a responce , very disappointed in the compnay”

“It’s not a brand for quality anymore. Also website does not have return detail. Once you contact them for return detail. You will be shocked by the return charge (delivery). Customer should be informed before place order. It’s lack of transparent. In the other way. It does make customer feel mis sold or force customer to keep the product even tho it may not meet their expectation.”

“Ordered a mop at 11am on Thursday, website stated order before 2pm for next working day delivery. Mop turned up on Monday”

“Unfortunately my set came without the handle/stick. I tried to contact the customer service twice by email but they didn’t answer. I am very disappointed. Next time I will order from Amazon, but for sure I won’t order Vileda products again.”

“I ordered this item over a week ago on next day delivery (stated on their website). It eventually arrived four days late as it had been sent originally to the incorrect town! I would not take delivery of it when it did arrive as the packaging was open and the polystyrene that had protected the top was crushed and the line was protruding. I have asked for a replacement as I do rate the line as I had one previously but it has still not arrived so I wait in hope. I would not order online from them again.”

“Delivery not as promised. Inferior quality not as good as product it was replacing winder extremely stiff arm retentions do not work. On the whole very disappointed with the product considering the price. ☹️”

“Ground spike as expected but service poor. Ordered on nextday delivery service which cost an extra £10 but took 4 days to arrive. When emailed customer service they told me i ordered it pastthe 2pm deadline on the thursday so it missed next day for friday and thereforewas deliverednext working day monday. I then reminded them that i had paid next day delivery not next working day delivery ( which was another option only costing £5 extra) and they repliedsaying they would refund my charge which i am still waiting on. No appology gor their poor service or acknowledgement of their mistake. I had arranged to havesomeone fit the spike on the sat but as it was not here i am now still waiting on it being fitted. Disapointed.”

“I am very pleased with the spray mop itself but not the service from Vileda. I placed the order on Thursday and paid for next day delivery. The mop arrived on Monday. Meanwhile I saw it in Tesco on Friday and could have bought it there and then saving myself the cost of next day delivery. Disappointing.”

“Ordered Sun for next day delivery,ie Tuesday.Item not on vehicle Tues,item not on vehicle Wed,new item ordered as 1st appears to be lost. Item in local depot Thurs at 5am,and in Dartford Thurs pm?Item scheduled for delivery Fri am,arrived scratched and missing part.Delivered 4 wasted days late.”

“I have already sent an email concerning this product. Handle too short -unable to use 2 hands, therefore floor not cleaned properly. (I'm only 5'1"). Also dissatisfied with the head and you have to use your hands to manipulate the cloth to wet and insert into dryer. Very unhappy with my purchase and await comments - it is not fit for purpose.”
