I sent for the mop as it had the kids pass on it. When it arrived it did not have the kids pass packaging as it stated.

I sent my order on Sunday 040618 I was offered next working day delivery my money including delivery was taken the same day. It is now 1310 on Monday 11th and I still have not received my long expected mop. I hope it lives up to the previous two that gave me super service!! [if it ever comes] David F Neat.

Item seemed very flimsy when delivered. Tried to return item to be told it would be 12.50£ to return it. Very poor customer service and overpriced product. Would not use your website again.

My order arrived too late (although a next-day delivery was sold, it didn't arrive for 2 days). Although the customer service was very polite, nothing was done about it. I was very disappointed.

I ordered the Vileda Extra X legs dryer. The packaging was ripped when it was delivered on 10 April and a wheel corner was missing. It took 5 emails and 6 phone calls (over 40 mins, mainly being put on hold) to the Laundry Company before 9 days later the missing part arrived. Their standard of customer service is appalling. It was only after intervention from their Internal Sales Manager that rectified the matter. I will never buy anything from them again.

Ddelivery as promised next day Wednesday. Parcel opened with help of a friend on Friday (due to arthritic hands need help) when checking items noticed that the 'spike' was not included!! Contacted your branch on Saturday to let you know. Spoke to Hannah or Rebecca. Was told that they replacements are not done. Well I was not asking for a replacement because the spike was not inside the parcel!! The split pole rotary clearly states that the spike is part of this model! Please send me spike!

1- It didn't get delivered on time. 2- I called to ask when, they gave me a date, It was't delivered on that date as well. 3- I called again, they had lost my order... 4-Called again, they just have a parcel order (no stock) ... 5-Had to cancel and ask for a refund. Worse online shopping ever.

The brushes arrive loose in a plastic bag. The handle of one was snapped off and one had its bristles squashed.

Utter junk handle locked in low position you need to be a hobbit to use it i will be contacting vileda to take this back dont buy one.

Still awaiting a reply from your customer support dept. re: damaged goods received. I have called, discussed, sent follow-up email with photos. of damaged item. That was on Friday 1st December. Now 6th Dec. and not even an acknowledgement from this company. This trade rates amongst the poorest performance I have experienced in over 30 years of on-line purchasing.

I purchased a sweeping brush for my newly installed wooden flooring which is effective and easy to use. .I also bought a flat mop and bucket set for the same purpose and can honestly say it is useless. The flat mop is difficult to use with the bucket, the mop is flimsy and the wring out feature is difficult to use, usually involving handling the dirty mop. It also leaves the floor wetter than I feel it should.

Used 3 times and now will not wind up, very disappointed as it had to be concreted in which took me a fair few hours, our old washing line has worked perfectly for 12 years we only replaced it as it looked weathered, now we are stuck without a washing line VERY DISSATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST and am very unsure I want it replaced literally used 3 times very poor quality as it has a 5 year guarantee and has lasted a couple of washes.
