I've emailed twice. Delivery states delayed. Opened a case with PayPal and still nothing. Very disappointed. Especially as I've been a loyal vileda customer for many many years.

I emailed on 17th as we were sent mop heads and not the whole mop as I believed was our order. I have not had a response from your support email address which is very frustrating.

Ordered item on Sunday & it's said would be hear in 24 hours but never received it till Friday after many phone calls, just we had work men working in garden waiting g on it too put it in for us .

My item was supposed to be delivered next day but got it 5 days later didnt even get an email ro say why it was so late it was only after i emailed you that i got a responce not good customer service

You need another courier service they have lost my order it was delivered last Wednesday apparently but not to me sent them a mail on their website said would get back to me within 24 hrs still waiting this is now the second time this has happened with UK mail I will not order anything else if this is not sorted quickly.Angela

Delivery date that was stated on the website was not met and various emails I sent complaining about this matter were ignored and remain Unreplied to.

Package arrived and had clearly already been opened and then resealed again, paid £50 for a brand new mop & not to received something that looks like it's been used. Not to forget the fact that their customer service isn't responding to my emails about wanting to return the product.

We are currently in discussion with the Laundry Company who supplied the device we purchased thru you. The device is totally unsuitable and unusable by us. The minimum height level of the lines is 2070mm - 6' 9"+, nearly 7 feet above ground level. My wife is 5' 2" with an above head reach of approximately 12-14" making her total reach above head height of around 1930mm. In order to hang washing easily she will need a step ladder! not very satisfactory. I am currently waiting to hear back from the laundry Company as to how this situation can be resolved. Ideally we would like to return the product.

Ordered 21/03 Broken on Delivery broken 23/03,contacted customer services same day. As of 29/03 still waiting to hear about parts to mend myself as won't replace or refund as requested!

I ordered a vilda rotary drier it I arrived damaged I immediately phoned to tell of the problem and was asked to send a photo of the damage I explained I had no means of sending a photo (not everybody has I phones) I was than told as I refused to send a photo of the damage I would have to pay for its return of £12.50 I said I did not refuse to send a photo I could not send one, I did not like the way the matter was dealt with and said I did not want a replacement or a new part just my money back, it was arranged to be collected the next day at my expense. As this was a damaged item and I did not send it back because I changed my mind your company has no right in charging me £12.50 for its return and I expect the full amount to be put back in my account.
