“easy to order although there is a minimum spend before it's free delivery. Corner of box damaged inside its plastic wrapping but no damage done, Waiting a fe days for delivery but did receive a text with a time of delivery - good. Nt used the mop yet but have tried the pedal”

“The previous mop head did us for about 4 or 5 years - we expect the present one to do the same. One small gripe, it wasn't clear to me on the Web site that the mop came also with a handle - which we didn't need, the first one was still very serviceable.”

“Good products for both dishwashing and cleaning, but Vileda appears not to now manufacture the best cloth it made which was the Microfibre all-purpose cloth and the Univel micro all purpose cloth, both in the colour blue. They were very long lasting, perhaps that was the problem.”

“Not quite what I expected by very good. This airer is certainly robust and so good value for money. I think Vileda should supply a cover for it!!! " It cost me another £12 for a cover online from another company Which I was a bit surprised at. 😒.”

“the quality of the products is excellent. the bucket is comfortable, the water is pressed there is a good special device in the bucket, a mop spinning in all directions it’s helps a lot in cleaning, delivery time does not match the one indicated upon purchase”

“I am very pleased with my steam mop. Easy to put together and easy to use. So quick to heat up. I only gave 4 stars as it is not possible to adjust the height of the handle. Ordering online was easy and the courier service was excellent”

“It works! Marked down to 4 because there are no instructions for removing the pegs from the bottom of my dryer to fit the new locking collar. Including the new locking collar is a nice touch, so this seems a bit silly.”

“although the height is adjustable the basic ht was a little high for my wife to reach and this is not adjustable. Unless you can drill a new hole for the lock pin and cut the bottom of the tube. Maybe the main tube should be shorter and sacrifice a little of the hist height.”
