Rubbish customer service. I was told my mop would be with me on the Monday it never arrived I called to cancel the order but the adviser told me to just reject the mop when it arrived. I was not at home when the order arrived so my neighbor took it in and now to return it it’s going to be a £12.50 charge!! When I tried to call and explain to the call centre they said there was nothing they can do now I’m stuck with a mop that I don’t want as I have purchased another one!!

Was ordered on 14/01/19 and paid for next day delivery. As I am disabled this was the ideal method for me . Emailed carrier on 17/01/19 to say it had not arrived . They replied that it was delivered on 15/01/19 and left with neighbour at no20 . Just a lie , I live at no20 . It finally arrived on 18/01/19 . Pay for next day receive it in 4 days . Not acceptable .. If there was a genuine problem they had my e-mail addressand should keep people informed .

So much for next day delivery! It took 6 days to be delivered!!!

I would not recommend this product. It’s quite narrow for a mop and you cannot really get rid of water, so in the end effect you have to use towels to dry your floor. Useless, inconvenient, waste of money. Customer service excellent, return sorted out in seconds

I haven’t received my ordered. I’ve had big issues trying to arrange delivery with DHL. I’m worried they are going to return order to yourselves. They were due to deliver on Friday (3rd attempt) and I stayed in all day. No one knocked the door. Their website says it’s going out for delivery again today and I’m in work. Their rearrange delivery feature on their website doesn’t work, and their automated telephone line just disconnects when you try and do anything via that. I managed to get a message reply via Facebook for the Friday delivery, but I haven’t been able to resolve anything. This was a gift for my mums birthday on Saturday which has now been on gone, but she knows that I am trying to get items delivered. I know this isn’t anything to do with your side of things, but thought I’d let you know about the issues I’ve had

Not happy with the mop head, thought it was the whole thing not a clip on, wanted a mop head that I could put on a pole.

Ordered the turbo mop and bucket set plus a refill mop head on the 21st Sep 2018, was meant to be next day delivery, never received it, eventually after sending several e-mails over the next few days was told it was out of stock, received 11 days later by then I had purchased 1 elsewhere, was returned by the courier who delivered it, a week later still no refund

Very poor bit of cord to tighten round three sides of the ironing board cover instead of the normal elastic all the way round. Impossible to use, what a waste of money, I’ve binned it.

When I started to assemble the pole the top part came out altogether and will not stop in which means the extended pole Keeps dropping down as there is nothing to hold it So I cannot use it

I bought and payed for Saturday delivery even if I was entitled to get free delivery as I spent more than 30£ but my parcel arrived Monday morning. Anyway the products bought were ok.

Expected the mop to be drier once spun, which I did many times however could squeeze lots more water from it, consequently floor very wet! Bucket too large to fill from sink. Overall bad purchase

Charged me £25 each as I bought 2, only to find out Tesco are selling them at £12.50. Definately not value for money

I can assure you this was not intentional and the product being sold in Tesco is actually a different product than the one you have purchased. The product you have reviewed is the “EasyWring & Clean Turbo Mop” which has additional features to the "Turbo Smart Mop" which is the product currently being sold in Tesco. The most notable differences between these products are that the products you have purchased have a larger bucket capacity, a telescopic handle which can be adjusted to any length, a 2in1 Microfibre mop head with additional cleaning capabilities and an integrated pouring spout. Extremely disappointed that I had no choice but to pay £5 for next day delivery when the items were sent in a very clearly marked 2nd class service! This is a blatant deception, I didn't need them the next day but if I have no choice but to pay for that service I expect to have that service!

I sent for the mop as it had the kids pass on it. When it arrived it did not have the kids pass packaging as it stated.
