“Product received as advertised and fully functional. However though money was taken on day of ordering item only advised as dispatched several days later. Time in post routine. These days receipt in less than six days expected..”

“The perfect broom is the Vileda Oskar. Alas this is not available in the U.K. The Vileda Super Angle Pro broom is no substitute.”

Hello, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately the Oskar broom is not available in the UK but is a very similar product, only smaller than the Super Angled Pro Broom with thinner bristles. “The Vileda 60M Supadry Hoist Rotary Clothes Dryer is a great product and excellent value for money,however the down side is that free delivery is advertised with orders over £30 and I found on checkout that I was being "charged for delivery" this was due to my postcode which makes my experience with Vileda disappointing.”

“I placed the order online , the cloths airer was delivered on time 'badly DAMAGED' ! So I was very disappointed. This could have been prevented had it item been parcelled better. The bottom line , customer services asked me if I wanted a discount and keep the item. THis is what I did as to return it would have cost me £8 !!! Which I'm informed would have been refunded. Too much hassle .”

“The head is good at cleaning however the handle is impossible to tighten enough so that it doesn't collapse when u squeeze it out or mop vigorously”

“Fab item Just really bad Communication Should have been next working day delivery it was ordered Monday after 5 so expected Wednesday after 2 phone calls and no returned calls as promised to let me know when it would be here it eventually turned up late Friday afternoon Thankfully Cartier called me as was out and in way home or would have been missed delivery and had to wait till the Monday Such a shame as fab washing rotary line”
