Item received is faulty, and supplier is not good enough to resolve the problem. Still awaiting for out come. One thing is sure never will buy VILEDA product again online. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I ordered the Vileda 3 way action broom and got the Vileda Dua Active broom instead. It seems we can put men into space and onto the Moon but somebody cannot process an order correctly.

The Vileda broom is faulty, there is a tear in the part that is supposed to collect dust.

The washing line spike has broken in the ground and now I cant extract the pole from the spoke to replace the spike leaving me without a washing line

I love Vileda's products and I was always happy with them. I have ordered spray mop recently to replace old one which started leaking after 4 years. The new came and was already leaking when I pour Vileda detergent in it. I sent email to Vileda few days ago and I am still waiting for reply.

Brooms arrived in a damaged condition due to them being sent out assembled instead of sending the handles and heads seperate. As a result, the carrier broke the brooms in transit.

Spam emails from a third party after order. So my data has been shared with another company (reviews.co.uk). I'm quite unhappy.

It is regrettable to have to rate an experience as poor as I approve of Vileda as a brand. I did not receive confirmation of my transaction or delivery notice from Vileda, I called and one of your helpful staff indicated all was ok and on its way. When I did then finally receive the products which did not arrive on one working day as promised, both the broom handle and dust pan handle had been damaged in transit with a kink in the metal, very disappointing.

next day delivery? I was not told the item was not in stock nor any information of a delivery date. most mail order companies let you track your item. after one week I rang up and was told about the situation. poor service!

Nothing wrong with product,but liquid had leaked out of some of the bottles,and the result meant a very messy parcel.

the grove of the spade does not pick up the dirt well! it picks some of it and the other goes underneath it! very disappointing.

All the bottles had leaked, the carrier did a fantastic job of repacking the bottles but I suggest the top of the bottles should be taped. Otherwise the product is great, I use it every day, my floors look fantastic

I had No confirmation email direct from vileda and no reply from my query so No communication from company selling product ! and after ordering over weekend i recieved it tues - so not next working day ! Left dissapointed.

This was my second order within a few weeks. I had bought a mop and additional head for home and I repeated the order for work. My mop and refill were fine, the product and quality I was expecting. This latest deliver for my work contained the wrong mop. I had ordered the adjustable length style and I received the fixed length. Of course, I was not expecting the order to be wrong and I did not notice until I dunked the mop into the bucket at work. I'm very disappointed, the long adjustable mop makes the work easier, and I particularly wanted this style. But I'm stuck with it now, and very time I have to use it I will be remembering I did not want it. I'm a bit fed up

It definitely cleans up the dirt but you need some good strength to squeeze out the water using the wringer (not as easy as shown on the TV)
