"AVOID THIS DECEITFUL SCAM COMPANY.\r\n\r\nI received my free tracked label, and the next day I carefully packaged my items a pair of 1980s Dior earrings, 1980s Monet earrings, and 2000s Chanel sunglasses in an original Chanel box, then sent them securely using the provided label. I tracked my parcel the next day and confirmed they received it.\r\n\r\nThe following day on the 13th of February, I had a scheduled call between 3 and 4pm. When I finally received the call at 15:45pm, it turned out to be an AI automated system not an actual person, that repeatedly asked, \u201cCan I confirm I\u2019m speaking to Lily?\u201d no matter how many times I said \u201cyes.\u201d After about twenty attempts, it started to ring a few times and then suddenly cut off with an error message. Unbelievable!\r\nI immediately emailed the company asking them to contact me via email instead since their AI automated phone system clearly wasn\u2019t working. (They never responded to my email)\r\n\r\nSoon after, I received a text saying, \u201cIt was great talking to you.\u201d Is that meant to be a joke? YOU NEVER SPOKE TO ME!\r\nThen soon after that, through WhatsApp, I got an another message stating they valued my items at \u00a327.\r\nVintage Chanel and Dior for \u00a327? IS THAT MEANT TO BE ANOTHER JOKE?!\r\nThese are luxury designer pieces worth hundreds. Not jewellery\/sunglasses from Claire\u2019s.\r\nOffering \u00a327 for authentic vintage designer items is absurd and DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. \r\nI, of course, declined, only to get another automated message asking if I was sure about my decision clearly another joke. Yes I am sure I don\u2019t want to give my designer items to you for free.\r\n\r\nIn short, this company wants your valuable items for free pretty much, they claim if you have a welcome call that they will offer a higher valuation of your items, but when you have a welcome call it\u2019s a AI automated system that just cuts you off after a few rings, and when you email this company they don\u2019t even respond to your email, when you text their WhatsApp it is also automated and says either call them or email, even when you go on their website and go on their live chat it claims that they are \u201caway\u201d. \r\n\r\nIf you value your possessions, do not send them to Vintage Cash Cow. You\u2019re far better off selling on eBay etc yourself.\r\n\r\nFrankly, the company should be changed from Vintage Cash Cow to Vintage Scammers because they seem to treat their customers like the real cash cows.\r\n\r\nPS if I don\u2019t receive all my items back all intact or missing or not received at all and you continuously ignore my emails. I will be filing a police report against you for theft! \ud83d\udc9c"

“i loved how quick you were in getting back to me with my offer for clutter that i had in my home.i was so surprised on how much i made for something that was just sitting in my loft,i have now made up another box of bits and bobs around my house so just need some more labels and i will be sending another box,anyone that is thinking about giving your house a clearout and want to make some extra cash i recomend cash cow they are all lovely and so helpful cheryl”

“Excellent experience with Vintage Cash Cow. Sending the items is very easy. I received a valuation quite quickly, accepted it and in a very short time, I received the cash in my bank account. I would use Vintage Cash Cow again.”

“Brilliant service right through. They sent the labels. Got my parcel collected. Let me know when it arrived. All went well. They emailed to let me know they had appraised my parcel and what the offer was. I agreed the figure and 24 hours later I had my money. And knowledge of were my stuff was going. Brilliant idea.”

“I first found out about Vintage Cash Cow through Instagram and I thought why not! I liked the fact that they sent the prepaid labels and the support network. They notified me when my parcel arrived and when they had appraised my parcel. I really like how they explained how they would sell the items and whom they would sell them too. Highly recommended!”

“Communication and service regarding sending items was second to none, however if you are expecting your “valuables” to be worth some good money you may well be very disappointed. Yes you have the option not to accept the valuation offer and have your goods returned FOC, but if you wanted them back you probably wouldn’t have sent them in the first place, and as they don’t negotiate on the valuation offer you’re kind of compelled to accept the offer (which in my case was a bit insulting) given the items I sent.”

As a free service, we have to make sensible offers in order to survive as a business. We do not claim to be the avenue for the highest profits, hence the free return option is there as you mentioned. “Sent several items with certificates offered 20 pounds which I said no send back to me. Whilst service good they don't want to give you much . Box on way back to me now . Dissappointed to be honest .”

“I did not have a good experience with Vintagecashcow. I declined the offer and was expecting to receive all my goods returned as is clearly advertised. A number of my coins were not returned and it seems no explanation as to how this has happened. I would not use the company again.”

“In all our dealings with Vintage Cash Cow, all of the administration could not have been simpler with one call, quickly answered to set up free collection and the courier providing the label. From there we usually have a quick response acknowledging receipt and then another call with the offer. It is sometimes difficult to relate the offer precisely to what was in the box but providing we keep a rough list of what we sent, we can judge the reasonableness of the offer. Thus far we have been satisfied that the offer is fair and we also have the added knowledge that VCC recognise us as a charity not just any business or individual. Long way to say that we are happy”
