Good communication and the whole process is great. Thought I would give them a go and sent a box of items which I knew didn’t have much value. They rang me with an offer. £10.64 which I accepted. But the cheque came rounded down to £10. It’s not the pennies that I’m bothered about, more principle. You can’t other one amount then send another amount! Wouldn’t use again for this reason

We never make offers which are not whole numbers, so this must've just been misheard over the phone. We'd also never round it down to 10 if that was the case! They send out a postage label all you have to do is put things in a box and send off to them. They rang with a price within 10 days, which we accepted and a cheque was here within 5 days. Perfect.

To be honest, I thought we would be offered a derisory sum for the varied bits of treasure we sent to Cash Cow, but we were delighted when we were offered over £700.00. The whole experience was painless, they made a good profit, and so did we! Our only regret is that we did not use them for all the other items we either gifted or dumped. Do your homework, and start earning cash.

I sent a parcel to them in the back of an offer on idealword shopping channel Sent a box of brand new costume jewellery worth wholesale at £300 , idealworld offer means you get £25 awarded on your first parcel as an incentive. Sent parcel 3/8/22 . Offer landed, they offer only £22 , not even mentioning the additional £25 , so that’s a scam to start with . I declined their offer on the 11/8/22 . Since then I have emailed them 5 times now and text’s sent to say I want my parcel back that’s just a joke to offer £22 and no mention of the additional £25 from idealworld . I then received a call from Sarah on Wednesday this week to ask if I was going to send a parcel to them . I explained you have had my parcel since the 3/8/22 and I’ve sent emails and text which are just being ignored to ask for my parcel back . She said I’ll look at it but it’s probably been junked by now ??? That’s my property and I want it back , it’s been junked ? It better not have been junked . I am sick of asking for my parcel . I have all the emails snd texts to show that I’ve requested numerous times , so if you think cashcow I am removing this message think again . You have treated me appalling from start to finish . You get call after call after call if you show interest in using them up to several A day , which made me think it wasn’t a good company from the start being hassled so much . I want my parcel and my property back . I would never use these scammers again and I would recommend you think long snd hard with using them yourself . It’s a joke this level of customer service I have received.

First of all we are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our service. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and so it sad to hear that you didn't feel that this was upheld. In terms of costume jewellery, it often doesn't attract a very high value from our service, as a result we often recommend sending it as part of a larger parcel of items. This is something we recommend during welcome calls with our customer service team. With the IdealWorld offer, sometimes this is something that can be unintentionally forgotten from your overall offer, especially if it hasn't been applied properly on our system. There are also terms and conditions to the offer (such as being a first time customer) which might have meant it wasn't applied. If you had contacted us to ask about this offer we could have advised further. In terms of the jewellery, if you declined your offer it would have been returned to you tracked and insured. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find your account and look into this for you, however, please contact us on hello@vintagecashcow.co.uk and I will personally ensure that is looked into you. If we are unable to find a resolution in our team, I can pass this onto our customer care team. Hopefully we can come to a resolution for you. I never thought it would be so easy and quick to get a good amount of cash for bits and pieces of silver I wanted to get rid off without having to leave my house.Regular communication was kept open from the time I ordered my package until I received the cheque.At no time I felt worried about my valuables

Sent off quite a few old things that good quality, was only offered what I thought was £73 which I accepted,thought they were only in cupboard so better for someone to appreciate them..But check came for £23..Did contact them to have my things back but they refused because they said I agreed at that price..So I won't be ripped off again....

Good communication from Vintage Cash Cow through all of the process from start to payment. Only disappointment was that a cheque was sent instead of bank transfer

Awful company also very rude staff! Sent a box which was signed for at their depot but the said they never received it! They then offered £30 for something that was valued 20years ago at £550! We sent them s copy of the valuation and they came back and offered £150, we declined this and we have reported the matter to the police, we cant ask them to send our parcel back as they are saying they have never received it! Staff were very rude and talk over you on the phone, please do not use this company!

I can see that our customer care team have been in regular contact with you to resolve this The valuation you provided for the pearls in the parcel was from 1998 and, unfortunately, they do not hold the same value today as their original retail value. We safely receive hundreds of parcels each day from all across the nation, so it is highly unusual for a parcel to go missing and we do have protocols in place for rare events such as this. 5 stars! Very impressed with service - I was kept informed by helpful staff of delays caused by volume of business. I have now sent a total of 6 boxes (big clearout due to moving abroad). Would definitely recommend - money received promptly as well!

Hello. I have enjoyed using the services. Very friendly, the response time and the communication are great. Not just great fantastic. I have already recommended you to lots of friends I would have like to have been contacted to have been told as the Money Transfer System was not working we will post you the cheques.
