“Now you can't even open their website. Probably shutdown by the MOI Turkey. But how about the people they stole from? Just like that they took customers money. Unfortunately, I am one of those people. They are thieves and need to be punish. I hope somehow, Turkey government will instruct them to return the money that they took from us.”

“Dec 31, 2021 i placed an order. Until now i haven't received my items. Not even a tracking number number from them. They keep on making excuses and now totally ignoring my messages. It's been morw than 2 months now and they don't reply anymore. Totally crazy. They don't deservee en a single star. Don't buy from them or you will end up like me. Worst online store ever.”

“Hi everyone, I am sure VIP brands is shutdown due some reasons.I used to purchase for almost 3 years from VIP brands before Covid19 and usually get deliveries on time(between 2 weeks).but now (22nd april 2021) when I ordered i didn't receive it till now (06/12/2021).i had send them whatsapp msgs instantly for months and i got fed up with there same reply.so i stopped sending them.So please don't purchase you will loose your money.”

“Worst Online Shopping Experience on VIP… Worst Online Shopping Experience on VIP Brands I made my order in July 2021 while staying in Bahrain and till now I did not receive the order. I tried to contact VIP Support but they never gave satisfactiry answer. I visited Turkey by chance and I wanted to catch up with VIP Brand company... They did not share their location. I still did not receive any reply from their side nore the order... I bought some products earlier in last years which came on time... I dont know why this time VIP Brands are doing these activities... They are not allowing refund... and very slow reply on WhatsApp... Email also useless. May I know how to apply MOI Turkey to stop this website if they have Fraudulent activities? PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VIP BRANDS unless they fix their shipping problem.”

“Ordered on 28.2.21, now it September and order not received .. no refund. Every time I contact customer care they have an excuse. This is their latest message whenever order status is requested“ We sincerely apologize for the delay happened delivering your order. all shipments of perfumes was stopped and now on process , your order in shipping process and will receive it soon thank you for understanding” I dont recommend them .. waste of money. They are scam.”

“I had paid the amount 77 days ago and as of now the perfumes are not delivered, the online communication is through whats app and the agent always gives a tailor made reply without any assurance, can someone tell me how to deal with these online scammers, i lost the trust on all online websites and promised myself that i will never order anything through online.”

“I ordered 5 perfumes worth 818 sar since may 8 , 2021, its been more than 2 months now but there is still no assurance that these perfume will be deliver to me. I contacted their costumer service but their reply is that there is a custom problem , it migh hold for a while but not more 2 months and they should take action with these kind of issue with the custom, they are also not giving the tracking number even I asked them for a lot of times. This is my first time to encounter such company that are not transparent and helpful to their costumers . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their costumer service.”

“I placed an order since 31 March. It’s been 3 months now and no delivery. Customer service is very poor. The phone numbers are fake. be careful, they will take your money and you will not get anything. I think fraud squad should be alerted”

“Bad company and bad service now almost 3 months and still i didnt receive my order. The order was on 23 of feb and today 11 of may . When i contact them in whatsapp they always give a same answer that the shipment will reach soon and they refuse to return my money. Please everyone read this dont buy from this company.”
