“I have read many negative reviews about this website/application at the same time there were some people gave 5 stars and were happy. However, my horrible experience started when i placed my order and finally received it after a month, when i opened the Box i noticed that i received 3 perfumes i stead of 5 perfumes i already paid through CC and one of the 3 received was wrong!! I contacted their whatsapp number and complained, they told they will check and will return within 48 hours! After 72 hours I chatted with them and it was clear that the one who is chatting with me don't know anything about my case and i have to repeat the whole story again for him. However, he calmed me up and promised to check with concerned department and will revert within 48 hours, i waited for a week and like before i have to start the chatting wondering what is the status of my missing items, again the shift changed and i have to repeat the story again for a new agent which again he promised to check and revert within 48 hours. Today i said i will give it another chance and will ask about my complaint status but this time they didnt promise to check and revert after 48 hours but at the beginning they were reading my msgs but do not reply and at the end seems they blocked me :-( guys trust me it doest worth to try them, any one who reads my review here and buy from them you really deserve what will happen to you!!”

“I placed on order on 28th April 2020. Aramex shipment info received on 30th April. Item sent to sorting facility on 5th May. Item dispatched on 6th May. Item delivered and received on 12th May. All this whilst the world is dealing with Corona! So, speed of delivery is 5*.
Between 6th May and 12th May, I exchanged messages with VIP through the customer portal on the website. I was reassured that the item was with Aramex and I was given my shipment tracking number. So communication is also 5*.
After having made my online order, I was concerned that the item may be a fake. A lot of bad reviews suggested this company sells fake perfumes and other items. Well, I can categorically say this perfume is 100% real! It is a demonstration bottle (has the little imprint on the side). As per the item description, the bottle is missing a cap but I don't care. I knew the cap was not included. The perfume is genuine. I have compared it to the original which I have. So the product is also 5*.
